- Highly trained and qualified interpreters: Rosario Incorporated has a formal recruitment process including interpretation and/or translation assessments with incorporated cultural sensitivity criterions. Candidates are selected based on educational background, experience and completed formal training. All interpreters must meet a minimum requirement of accredited interpretation courses. In addition, they are assessed, coached and provided on-going training by Lead Interpreters. All interpreters are required to complete all health screenings, background record checks and orientations.
- Qualifying Candidates for Clients' In-House Interpretation Departments: we assess, screen and qualify candidates for in-house interpretation programs.
- Confidentiality:
We stay informed and comply as needed to all HIPAA, NCQA, OMHL, CLAS and JCAHO confidentiality standards and directives. All Rosario Incorporated service professionals, customer service agents, telephonic and administrative staff involved with interpretation and confidential records are required to sign a confidentiality pledge. Confidentiality is enforced during initial recruitment orientations and reinforced on a day-to-day basis during meetings, training, Lead Interpreters and through leadership communications.
