Rosario Incorporated is continually in search of highly qualified interpreters through media ads, association networking, job fairs and other activities. All candidates must possess experience within  diverse settings.  All candidates must comply to Rosario Incorporated's requirements pertaining to education and training outlined during the recruitment process.  This allows us to provide  top-quality services to our client, patients and community.  Candidates must also complete, comply with initial screenings and follow-up  drug, health and background checks. Rosario Incorporated recruits professional interpreters on a contractual basis.  Our rates are very competitive.  Our organization is driven by  the service extended through a team of top quality professionals that take pride in serving our clients and the Hispanic community.

   Qualifying our candidates: 
    (In addition to meeting the qualifications referenced above)

  • Fluency in Spanish and English languages
  • Educational background (some college)
  • Accredited interpretion training
  • Professional certification or qualification (medical interpreters, medical assistants, nurses, other healthcare providers)
  • Experience in medical setting and other professional fields
  • Membership in a professional interpreter organization
  • Some telephonic or on-site interpretation experience
  • Proficiency with medical terminology

Requirements to join the  Rosario Incorporated team:                     

  • Pass rigorous skills screenings (medical terminology, modes of interpreting, managing the flow of communication and dealing with cultural barriers between parties, accuracy and organization)
  • Pass a criminal background check
  • Pass drug screening and health screening requirements
  • Provide all identity documentation
  • Complete a Contractor's Agreement
  • Complete Orientation re:
    Code of Conduct for Professional Interpreters
    Interpreting and service standards
    Confidentiality pledge
    Continuing self-development & training requirements
    Complying with Rosario Incorporated and Client Guidelines

    Comply with required training within alloted time
